Nap time

7.5 month old took 30 minute nap today. That was around 1 oclock. She fell asleep now so I'm guessing 7 oclock sleep time is out if the window today :/

Hi, its me again! Thanks for your pm, I hope your LOs teeth are still ok.

My 7.5 month old (when he is not teething ) generally naps 4x a day. I recommend the huckleberry free app which lets you enter the sleep and tells you when the next nap should be. He normally does the following
Awake 5.30am
Nap 1 7.30am 45 min
Nap 2 11am 45 min
Nap 3 2pm 45 min
Nap 4 5pm this one is max 30 minutes and he does not always have it. If he does this nap his bedtime is 7.30pm, if not it is 6.30pm.

Definitely get huckleberry, it's magical. At this age either 3 or 2 naps is typically what they have

DD is 10 months usually naps around;

Nap 1 9:30-10:45
Nap 2 2:45 - 3:45

Bed anytime from 7-8
