Hi all

Need some advice...

So I have 3 children with an ex, hes always been happy not to see them and not to pay, Im going through an attachment of earnings order at the moment with him after he refused to pay CMS.

Since lockdown started he hasnt seen the kids, hes a key worker and I can work from home so its worked well, eldest has gone back to school this week and has been asking when she will see him.

I've spoken to him and he says not until there is a vaccine as he is a key worker.
His gf in the background on the chat says he wont be seeing them as hes having to work more to pay the attachment of earning order ive saddled him with.
They hung up I havent spoken to him since.
There might never be a vaccine.

What else can I do?
They want to see him even if it is social distancing.
So far I havent had any of the attachment of earnings order payment yet as it completed at the end of April so my first payment is at end of June and he hasnt seen them since end of February.

I feel like a shit parent today, trying my best to work from home with them all and got no support.

If he is refusing to see them in person is he able to stay in contact digitally or is he refusing that too? Maybe hearing from them directly that they'd like to see him would make a difference? Or at least if he is saying no to them directly and not via you then you seem less like the bad guy.
