Bedtime

What bed time have people given their 6 year old?

Have been putting my son in bed at 7 but wondering if I need to try later.

He takes a long time to settle down for rest (regardless of bedtime).

Just curious what time other parents put 6 year olds to bed.

I've got a nearly 6yo (she'll be 6 in September). She's mega flexible with her bedtime and will go to sleep without any hassle whatever time.

She tends to sleep for 11h at night. In normal (non-covid) times her bedtime us 8pm for a 7am wake up. But since there is no reason to be up for school currently, bedtime often gets later. She's fine with an 8.30pm, 9pm or 9.30pm bedtime, usually now getting up at 8am-8.30am in the mornings.

(She's currently still up and in her daytime clothes. May think about getting pyjamas on in the next 15 minutes or so...?)
