Hi, I know there are a million threads on MN with routines but I'm interested in your 10-11 month old's routines (ie wakes, feeds, naps, sleep etc) if you'd care to share? Thanks!

I'd also add, I'm combination feeding mine, bf and formula. Currently he gets around 400ml formula per day, plus I bf to nap and bedtime plus still one bf overnight, and one on waking (so 4-5 bf per 24hr period). Would love to hear from anyone who does similar.

10.5 month old, FF from birth so may not be what you're interested in:

6:30 wake up and bottle (5oz ish)
7:45 breakfast (Weetabix or porridge with fruit)
9:00 nap 1 (1.5 hrs usually)
10:30 snack (water and rice cake/fruit/
melty stick type thing)
12:00 lunch (sandwich, cucumber sticks, yoghurt etc.)
13:45 nap 2 (45 mins to an hour)
15:00 bottle (3-4oz she is going off this)
17:30 evening meal (whatever we're having)
18:45 bottle (3-4oz) and bed

She's going off her milk now, but she drinks water at meals and eats well. She sleeps through the night. Her total nap sleep is about 2.5 hrs and she does about 11.5 hrs at night.

Thanks! That sounds blissful. When did she start sleeping through? Do you need to do much settling for naps? X

She has slept through since the week she turned 5 months. As for naps, I just do a mini bed routine (dark room, stories, sleeping bag) and then put her in the cot with a dummy. I used to sit in the room until she went to sleep but now I just leave straight away as I was becoming a distraction. She is usually asleep within 10 minutes after a bit of rolling around and standing up. She also has a muslin which she uses as a comforter.
