Wondering if anyone could suggest book or course or contact to get help for 8 year old who struggles to regulate and control his feelings. Gets anxious very easily and also struggles in groups which is upsetting him.
It's been 3 month since he had to work in a team. His football team went back to training today and I know he was feeling anxious before. He came back in absolute pieces as what normally happens is his worry turned into negative thoughts that nobody liked him or thought he was a good player so they didn't pass.
This is a typical escalation of his anxiety.
Need some tools to help him cope with it
