Just wondered if anyone can help me to explain about the government top up relating to childcare?
This usually goes through with no issues and the top up goes in the same day.
I've logged on and it says I've got 0 government top up to use during this period.
This can't be right as I only get £146 a month and the maximum is £500 every 3 months.
Just panicking and their phone lines are shut until Monday.
