Hi everyone
My son is 10 weeks old. Over the last few days he's had more frequent dirty nappies and he's vomiting a bit more. He's always been a baby that vomits a fair bit, but this is a bit more than usual. He's also asking for milk a bit more than usual.
Thing is, he's his usual happy self. He'll grin at me when I chat to him and he'll happily lie under his play gym for a bit.
So is this a developmental thing, or a tummy bug that he's just not bothered about at all? Do I need to do anything?
