Nappy disaster- advice please

Nursery have coated 6 fluffles in Sudacrem- now don't absorb even after washing- any helpful hints please?

A hot wash (as hot as fluffles go) with vinegar (and I might even be tempted to us bio powder) - then do a couple of washes without the powder to wash it out.

I think that should work

if it wont shift that way rub it with washing up liquid, then rinse and wash as normal.
