Baby and sitting

She is 7 months and 1 week. When I put her into sitting position she can sit for a good few minutes then she rolls over (especially when she is trying to grab something) if she has something to look at she can sit for longer.

But she can't put herself into sitting position?

Should I be worried or is this normal? Ftm.

Most babies will need to be pulled up into a sitting position by a grown-up until around month 11. -taken from the article below. hope that helps!

My baby only started sitting up at 11 months.

I was concerned so I took her to a physio but he said there was nothing wrong - her head is on the bigger side so I think sitting up was a little more difficult for her.

She walked at 14 months. She is 3 now and has no issues whatsoever.

@SuperSleepyBaby thank you so much for the reply. LO is also a bit chubby.. I just realised she just hates sitting. Also fussy. Sitting for 5 minutes and she is trying to lie down instead :/
