Lump on DS

The other day I noticed a pea size lump on the back/side of his head down by the bottom of his hair line. Didn’t think anything of it as both DD and I have a small fatty lump on our necks which are apparently quite common.
But when changing him tonight he reached his arm out to the side and I noticed a pea size lump on the inside of his upper arm, half way between his armpit and elbow. I know I should see the GP just to get it checked but in the meantime has anyone experienced this or similar?

It could be just another fatty lump if you're prone to them.

Or molluscum contagiosum maybe (water warts)?

It is under the skin rather than on it so I don’t think it could be molluscum contagiosum.
I guess it could be another fatty type lump just wasn’t aware you could get them on the inside of your arm.

I think you can get fatty lumps anywhere, but I'm not a doctor so take that with a pinch of salt!
