Grinding teeth

How do I stop my nearly 11 month old from grinding her teeth?

I know it’s probably natural because she’s not used to having teeth (she now has 4) but it’s constant and sounds awful! I don’t want anything happening to her beautiful little teeth!

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance x

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No advice, however both mine did this and stopped without anything being done. Didn’t seem to damage their teeth. I’d just wait and it’ll probably pass.

It’s a horrible noise though isn’t it!!

@AIMD

This is good to know! Thank you!

Sounds like she’s eating a tic tac haha! Not the best sound x

You could try to offer more toys that are able to be chewed, maybe some toys with different texture. It might be a sensory thing?
