What has your 1 year old eaten today?

DD has just turned one. Her appetite is a bit up and down in that some days she'll eat everything and more, then other days she seems to live off fresh air. I'm not bothered as she generally eats well and a good variety, growing well, very busy etc. But, she is petite and is going off milk a little bit (still eating plenty of yogurt) so I'm looking for some new ideas to try for her.

What will/has your 1 year old (or similar age) eaten today for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any snacks? Thanks

Breakfast of one slice of peanut butter and banana on toast (most of) and some blueberries

Snack of a breadstick and some grapes

Lunch - pasta, with cheese and peas

Snack of an oats/banana type 'biscuit' with hazelnuts and blackberries in it

Dinner will be 1 sausage, broccoli, mash and mushrooms. Depends how she feels as to whether she will eat most of it, she loves sausage though

Breakfast - Cheerios whole milk and apricot yoghurt and dew slices of apple

Snack - cheese biscuit and a few slices of lemon ( don’t ask lol)

Lunch - avocado on toast, few blueberries, half a banana.

Snack - bit of my ice lolly and few nuts and dried fried

Dinner - quiche with baby spuds and salads.

She has one bottle in morning and one at night rest is all water.

She eats better in the morning and the meals throughout the day more and more ends up on the floor rather than in her tummy lol

A few dry Cheerios and about 1/4 homemade pancake
Cucumber, pepper and a falafel and half a pork stew toddler dinner, little yeo yoghurt
A fairy cake, some pear
Salmon and lentils and a mini custard and a few spoons of pear compote
He’s 13 months and a big chap and I would say a ‘good eater’. He has 3 meals and 1 snack and 1 morning and 1 evening bottle.

He's not quite one (only 4 weeks left) but

Breakfast - porridge with some strawberry jam

Lunch - cheese sandwich, half a pear, couple of apple slices, youghurt

Dinner - chicken with sweet potato mash, carrots and broccoli

He's also had an ice pole as he's teething, some crisps and half a rusk as well as his usual 18oz milk through the day.

Yesterday was

Breakfast- 10oz bottle of formula, banana, pear slices, malt loaf
Lunch- Ella's pouch, some ham and some cheese, a couple of strawberries, a tub of petit filous and an 8oz bottle
Dinner- sausage and chips (I need to go shopping!) and a slice of bread and butter, 8oz bottle of formula
2 x 8oz bottles of formula, refused food and water but drank the milk 🤷🏻‍♀️

He really loves his milk but I know I need to reduce it. He eats a lot though so don't think it's stopping him eating

Yesterday was:

Breakfast: Cereal, strawberries, banana, bit of toast with Marmite stolen from DH
Lunch: Tomato and courgette pasta (pouch), some dried apricots
Snack: Kiddylicious blueberry wafer bars (2 packets - she loves them)
Dinner: Sausage casserole, crackers, yoghurt

1 x 8oz bottle of whole milk before bed. She only has one bottle a day now and has water throughout the day.

My dd is abit older (22 months) but yesterday she had:
breakfast- small bowl of cheerios with full fat milk, half and apple sliced
Lunch- 3 small crackers with cream cheese, 1/4 of a pitta bread, few slices of cucumber, grapes and 2x strawberries
Snack: yogurt
Teatime: 1 egg scrambled on 1 piece if toast. Choc ice for after.
She also has a cup if milk morning and night still and water throughout the day.
My HV told me to measure their food intake over a week rather than daily as most toddlers will have days where they refuse to eat mich at all and then days where they make up for it
