Toddler bumped head (pic attached) is it ok to put her to bed or should I watch her?

I know this probably sounds stupid but my little girl got her first goose egg bump to the end tonight, she head butted her dads tooth while they were playing 😬 she seemed fine after a little cry. Should I sleep with her tonight since it’s a head injury or will she be fine in her bed? I’m guessing the later as I know these things usually look worse than they really are.

Ouch. I would sleep with her, set my alarm for a few hours time and check she’s rousable. But that’s just me. Sleepiness and vomiting are the things to look our for. X

Okay, will keep her in my bed tonight just to be sure xx

I think I’d sleep in with her too but that would nearly definitely be for my own reassurance. I wouldn’t sleep if I was worried about her in another room. X

She’s probably fine but keep her with you for peace of mind x

Yes, definitely makes me feel better keeping her in my bed tonight. Thank you x

From experience, with the way it happened I wouldn’t worry and definitely just let her sleep. It looks bad though! For peace of mind check her but only from experience sand a couple of 111 calls/dr visits I’d not worry too much x
