Teething?

How do you know when they're teething? My grandson has 8 teeth he's 17 months old and no matter how much I wear him out in the day he's really struggling to settle at night

I can't feel any new ones coming and his cheeks aren't red (which they were for all the other teeth) it's a loooong time since I did this any ideas?

Might he be overtired? Or it could just be the heat, my son has struggled to adapt whereas he has been fine for ages.

@kyles101 yes possibly the best I've tried putting a fan on but it seems to annoy him! He can't sleep unless he's in his growbag which doesn't help 🙄

What are his naps like?

My DS also really struggling at the moment - I think the whole routine change has thrown him

He cut out his afternoon nap about a month ago so now naps 1-1.5 hours usually 11am (ish) but yes it could also just be a lockdown thing

Not resorted to a fan yet. DS seems to need a cover so I've been using a large muslin and he's had on just a romper or vest, and one night just a nappy. Does he tolerate a fan if it's not pointing at him or oscillating? May still help to circulate cool air?
