My partner and I have different surnames and would like our new baby to take both our surnames as a hyphenated double barrel.
How do I register this - is it just a case of telling the registry office that is what we want to do, or is it more complicated than that?
We can’t actually register the baby yet as the office is closed because of corona, but it would be good to know for when the time comes.
