My 3 1/2 year old daughter has been using the toilet for just over a year now however we are still unable to get her to do poos on the loo, she stands and does it in her pants and tells us after the event. We have tried everything including discussing this with the health visitor, family gp, ignoring it, stars charts etc. etc. She has now started nursery and I am desperate to get this sorted. Any suggestions ???
