We are planning to move to Colchester in a year. My DS is in Y1. We are not happy with his present school. My son is a very sensitive boy. Due to his health in the past he is bit behind in academics. I want to send him to a private school which can help him for his overall development.
A small classroom size, which can focus on my boy. We don't to push him for grammar school, just want him to happy.

Please help.
Thank you in advance

If it's only for the small class sizes, I'm in Marks Tey (just west of Colchester) and DD has 19 and DS has 15 in their classes in the local school. The current yr 1 has 21 (I think).

Thanks @AnnoyedByAlfieBear and @Ricekrispie22.

I don't mind if it's State School. He is in state school now but the problem is we could easily notice my boy is been completely ignored. I wish he was given bit more attention and understand him well. Have already addressed our concerns to Head Teacher but no use.

I know Colchester has very good state Schools but again I am worried about class size and not giving attention.

We will be moving close to Lexden area. Is there any such schools which can help me solve this issue.

Thanks in advance
