*scream*... regressing AGAIN

Ds1 is 3 years and 5 months old. He's been dry a fair while, but during the latter stages of my pregnancy with ds2 he regressed and started soaking himself through on average 2-3 times a day, but never while at nursery.

A couple of months ago (ds2 is now 5 months to give you an idea of how long this has gone on for) we decided to really try and focus on this issue, got the sticker charts out, plenty of reminders, heaps of praise and he's been dry those two months, more recently he's not had to be reminded and will happily go by himself... only needing help to wipe if he does a poo.

Sticker chart has moved onto another issue (waking in the night/being snotty in the morning) in the last two days. Today he's soaked himself through twice.

I am so FRUSTRATED I could physically scream and go punch pillows. I know he can do this. I've done everything positive I can think of. I just don't know how to approach this anymore! I've probably done the wrong thing, but I did show I was cross and disappointed today but he doesn't seem that bothered either way.

Help!

No ideas, but my dd was dry for several months, and then inexplicably started to wet herself again. For a couple of weeks we got through 6 pairs of pants a day on average, and were contemplating going back to nappies for a while, but it stopped almost as suddenly as it started. I followed some other MNer's advice and reminded her about the potty regularly, then praised her every time she did something in the potty and heaped on the praise and handed out stickers every time she went and her pants were still dry.

Nursery nurses thought it was due to her being so absorbed in what she was doing, but I'm not sure; it was around the time that she had a bad chest infection, and I think she may have been going down with that a few days before it became obvious.
