Hi, I’m trying to improve my yr1 Ds handwriting while schools are closed and beyond. Had the advert for love writing co come up on fb has anyone tried these are they any good? Any other recommendations for improving hand writing

I was thinking of buying the books not the pencils as have loads of them.
Thanks

I can only comment on the pencils, which I bought hoping my dd would find them more comfortable. I thought they were quite expensive and very smudgy. My dd used them for a couple of days and then went back to regular pencils because they were neater.
Based on that I would be dubious that their books are any better than ones you’d find anywhere else.

I recently bought a couple of the activity packs and my 4 and 7 year old have loved them! Ordered the Alphabet Practice Book and the Better Writing pack and they have made writing practice at home much easier! Maybe have a look at a couple of the free sheets they have online first to see if you think they'll be good for your d. Smile

My 6 yr DD loves them! I bought her the 6-9 activity book & coloring pencils and they've improved her writing no end. She loves tracing the lines in the pencil grip exercises & choosing stickers to put on the pages once she's finished the activity! I recommend them to everyone now Grin
