My lo was sleeping rather well (7-6 with2 or 3 wakings) but for the last 2 weeks, almost 3 now, he sleeps 7-12...wakes at 2am....but after that he wakes every 45 mins or so and will not go back to sleep unless i give him my boob. I am exhausted. Hes 19 weeks. When will this stop?!

I went through this for I’d guess around 6-8 weeks with my youngest. She had previously been an amazing sleeper not even waking for night feeds at all but this hit her really badly. You have my sympathy. It does pass thought I promise!

@queeneee feels like this is it now :'(

Have you heard of the book The Wonder Weeks?

It explains what's happening during these times we call regression (babies are making developmental leaps that they can find unsettling and need more comfort etc.) I think they have an app too.

I thought we would be passed it by now but he is still waking at least 6 times from when he goes to bed until he gets up ...be used to sleep 12 hours waking once for a bottle a d going straight back to sleep !
