Breastfeeding and IBS

Hi,

Before pregnancy I was taking orange cosmocol from sachets to help with my IBS, they worked amazing.
I'm still BF my 9 month old however I'm having bad IBS flare ups. I was wondering if anyone has taken these whilst BF and had no issues with their baby?

Cant help with that but senacalm helps mine and its supposed to be natural. So does eating less, avoiding breads and eating overly processed crap like hot dogs.

It's just a sugar that affects the amount of water held in the stool. Utterly irrelevant to bf. I'm taking it and bf.

What else are you taking?
