Switching from bottle to cup

My daughter is 13 months and is still on formula for medical reasons. She has 3 bottles a day, and Im not looking to reduce this but I would like to switch from a bottle to a cup.

She has had water with meals and snacks since she was 6m, from a sippy cup with a lid, no issue. Around 11m she learned to spit the water out And found it hilarious but has mostly stopped doing this!

I started just before she was one, offering milk in a cup instead of a bottle. Without fail, she would sip it and spit it out immediately. I’d end up putting in a bottle so she would drink it (she really has to have the milk, I cant just do a take it or leave it thing). I then bought a munchkin 360 cup which she now has all her water out of and it’s great. However, she still Won’t take milk out of it! She either refuses to drink out it at all, or she will take one sip and then refuse.

I have stopped feeding to sleep, so she now has a her last bottle, then we do teeth and bed, so from a teeth decay perspective that’s positive. However I have heard formula in a bottle after 1 is not great from a tooth decay point of view.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting her off a bottle?!
