On my child's (5) upper arm and to a lesser extent on the top of his thigh?
He's had it for a long time so I'm not worried about it being a dangerous rash as such. But it feels rough and dry so feel maybe I should do something about it if I can. He has had eczema in the past but hasn't had a flare up for a year or so.

I thought moluscum were bigger than this? I remember from when I had them when little them being bigger? Or do they come in all sizes?!

I've looked at some images of moluscum and don't think it's that although thanks for the suggestion. These are tiny tiny bumps - less than 1mm each

If it is, I've found using bar soap instead of body washes the best way of reducing it

I think that's it - thanks. Looks like there's not a lot we can do but I'll look at his soaps etc. Read on the NHS website it runs in families and actually I have a much milder form on my arms so explains a lot!
Thanks
