Expressing

I would like to try my baby with a bottle of expressed breast milk, to give some flexibility going forward and hopefully to know that she will take it.
She will be 4 weeks on Tuesday. She was born 5 weeks early and currently weighs 5lb 3oz (4lb 7oz at birth).
Any tips on when to try giving her a bottle? Breastfeeding seems to be going well so I don’t want to jeopardise this!
I currently have a Haakaa silicon pump but wondering whether to invest in an Ardo Calypso electric pump as this is what I used in hospital. Am I right in saying that if she does take a bottle, I would then need to express in place of that feed to avoid supply issues?
Any tips or advice gratefully received.

I do but mostly for my own comfort if its just a one off. If its going to be the norm going forward then your body will get used to skipping that feed and you wont get too sore when you miss it.
