18month old biting phase

My son is almost 18 months and has started biting me and my husband a lot mainly in the evening, he had been teething a little bit when we say no and stop him or move him away he laughs and thinks it’s a game. Any ideas or advice on how can stop him biting us. Just worried he may do it when he goes back to nursery.

My daughter did this a few months ago at this age. She also thought it was a game and clearly did it to get attention, especially in the evenings when trying to prepare dinner. We found when she did it, we said no biting in a calm, low voice and got up and walked away and ignored her for about 30 seconds. We only had to do that a couple of times and it stopped thankfully. Now I try to give her lots of cuddles while making dinner and that has seemed to help too.
