...somehow managed to catch a chunk of her thumb! She didn't even cry so it took me a few seconds to realise but God, do I feel like an awful person! It bled like crazy but luckily a bit of epaderm ointment helped to ease the bleeding. She's happily sleep-feeding now but I just can't stop looking at it and feeling like a monster 
bless her for being so brave about it though.
