I received a message that my child maintenance had increased from £0 - £45
I asked my children's father if he was aware of the change and he said -
No, he doesn't have a clue about it. There have been no changes in his circumstances and he is due to pay £0 (studying at university).
Do you think the CMS are likely to have got it wrong? or could he be lying?
(The CMS helpline is closed due to COVID)
