help! a quick german translation, please!

Ordered from this website- pages were in English

had an email saying I would receive another email about delivery

didn't receive that so asked them why (In english)

got this email back- asked them for a reply in english and got the same email back!

they're saying that they are too busy to deal with emails,and to contact them by phone instead.

don't think I'll be phoning, though- would cost a packet to do that from here.

I'll check and make sure that they haven't charged my card, then put it down to experience, I guess

As far as I understand it the email is only referring to their catalogue which is too big/heavy to post and can be collected.

They are not able to reply to emails, so phone with any queries.

They don't seem to refer to your order at all.

no, they do send their catalogues out by post for free, even to me in the UK. The bit about catalogues is to do with them being extra-busy because the items in their catalogue proved to be very popular this year.

This email refers to dealing with email queries in general.

(sorry to be pedantic - I am a professional pedantic in this case though! )
