Faversham: Moving and schools

Hi All

I'm moving to Faversham with my 6yr old daughter this summer. We've traveled and moved a lot and so she's had numerous starts at schools across 3 different countries and we've spent the last year back in the UK in London (she hates 'dirty London'). We really want to properly settle in Faversham.

My daughter will be starting Year 3 in Sept. I'll rent before buying and I'd love to get my daughter in to Ethelbert Primary School - is that a total pipe-dream? Does anyone know how close I'd have to be? And then of course, which are the other primaries I should sign-up for and which should I avoid?

It's a totally weird time to move somewhere new - I don't know if we'll be able to do summer camps, clubs or playdates... but corona aside, I'd love to hear anything about family-life in Faversham.

Thanks in advance!

Bumping this for you but you might have more luck on the "local" boards. They can be quiet at times too though.
