4 month old and daytime naps

Hi, first time poster, just looking for a little help and advice!
Little man is 4 and a half months old and for the last two weeks it’s been such a battle to put him down for a nap! I used to hold, rock and feed him to sleep but now he just screams and screams. He doesn’t want to be held, I’ve just patting and shushing in our bed, his bed, leaving him for ten minutes with white noise, lullabies, and nothing. He only seems to drop off in his pram, the other day I walked ten miles throughout the day with him but I can do that everyday! Our house isn’t big enough to bring the pram in so I find myself pushing him back and forth in the garden for hours...so thankful for semi decent weather! Please tell me this is just a phase and he’ll eventually go back to being able to nap during the day!

Sounds like my son a few weeks ago. He goes down great at night but still fights some naps, especially in afternoon. Hoping its just a phase!

Mine used to nap with me, we'd go to bed for a while and were both contented with that.

DS is 5 months and did that for a couple of weeks at 4 months. We have new challenges this months but the naps are back on track.
