In the last 3-4 months my 3 hear old has started grinding her teeth, it started randomly, once just more of a chatter here and there, the last 3-4 nearly all night she's really grinding and to the point she's waking herself crying out in discomfort!
What can we do? I doubt it's safe for a mouth guard at her age/risk of choking
