Weaning

Hey guys my little one is soon to be Introduce to weaning I have one question where the hell do I start ? Also once she gets used to the weaning do I miss out one bottle I don't know who it works what do I need to buy to get started ? Thankyou xx

How old is DC? We started with purees initially a baby spoonful or two, at this stage milk shout be main source of nutrition until a year but as thry get older you can introduce more x

I also started with purée and have slowly introduced finger foods like a stick of avocado, cheese, a slice of omelette etc.
You just do very tiny amounts to begin with (like a couple of teaspoons) then increase as per your babies appetite

We are doing baby led weaning. Check out books by Gill Rapley. It's great no purees baby just eats what you do.
