Any mums still using terry squares? What do you think of them?

I've just started and don't find them easy :-(

Hey :) There are nice FB groups for terry users (Terry Square Nappy Advice) if you want to try. I have been using them since birth (muslins actually, and a terry overnight) and the LO is 6m now and I love them. I'm a bit weird, I always associated white muslins with babies and loved the idea for many many years so I even love nappy changes, I find the white muslin bum quite cute. (I am a weirdo, true).

Let me know, I will be happy to help if needed but ultimately - you need to like what you do and enjoy the baby. If you want to use terries, do. If you want to use normal standard one time use nappies, do! It does not make you worse off, or the baby, and that is the main thing :)

I used cloth but I've never used Terry. I can remember my DM using them on my siblings and they never looked easy.

I use terries at night and Muslins during the day. My top tip: fold them ready for use, and experiment with different folds till you find one that works for you . Ds is 13m, we now use an angel fold with a pad folded muslin booster / or a bamboo booster. When he was tiny we used a modified kite fold (folded in at corners first to make a smaller square).
