Help! My toddler won't eat

She's 23months and doesn't usually have a problem with food. All she's eaten in the past 2 days are a few bites of toast and a bit of yogurt. All she wants is milk. Every time I offer her food she looks at it, turns away and cries. She won't even attempt to eat it. Is this just signs of a tummy ache? Other than refusing to eat she seems to be her normal self so I don't know what's wrong.

Teething?
Sore throat?
Ear ache making her jaw sore?

I have no medical knowledge at all but my 2 year old has a few times had days where she just barely touches anything, even if she seems well in herself. It often has ended up being teething. It’s hopefully nothing to worry about. Just continue to offer food so she can have it if she wants.
