Hello all
We are currently going through the process of having my child legally adopted by my partner. We have a social worker and have gone through all the checks and now have to submit the formal request, however have hit a stumbling block as my child's father (who was the one who suggested the adoption) will not provide his current address or occupation as requested by the official document. I do not have this information. Has anyone else hit this stumbling block and will it cause an issue? Thanks for reading
