Hi lovelies. Just after some advice really, is anyone else in the same position, what are you doing?
Basically, LO is 17 months, has been under peads for their slow development but havent seen them from August last year.. and consultant was "mildly concerned"
Me and DH strongly suspect ASD but not sure what to do with the current pandemic, is it pointless to try and contact HV or GP about a referral atm? Do I just wait it out even though we know the earlier Lo gets help the better?

No harm in contacting hv to find out what's happening in your area with assessments.

17months is very young to diagnose. A bit of focused time with you at home without the social distractions if you query autism will be helpful to see how LO progresses.
