Gift for newborn

Hi, I want to get a good friend a gift for her new baby and loved the design of this but wondered whether this or a baby bouncer would be better? (this vibrates, rocks and can be used when a toddler also). Thanks

Looks lovely however it doesn't rock by itself if that makes sense. My DS loved to sit rocking in his whilst I had a shower
