4 month sleep !!

Help !!
My LG is badly going through the 4 month regression as well as having her jags 2 days ago !
She's up every 15 min and normally sleeps through !? I feel like a bad mother is it my fault 😩 does anyone have any tips please it's 440 as I write this 🙈

My baby started teething at 4 months. This helped.
