7 month old feeding advice

Hi just wanted some advice on feeding my 7.5 month old. I am currently on 2 meals a day and 5 bottles. Any advice on how to up to 3 meals and how to drop a bottle. I currently find it hard feeding him his food then giving him his bottle as he seems full.
I currently do this
8 am morning feed 6 oz bottle
11 am porridge or similar 6 oz bottle
3 pm meal veg currently 6 oz bottle
7 pm 7 oz bottle
11 pm 7 oz bottle
Thinking of dropping 11 bottle and upping other to 8 as it says on SMA tin.
How much realistically should he be eating and should he be eating full meals by now?
Finding it all stressful and feel I’m doing a rubbish job xxx

I wouldn't give milk and food together.

I did milk at 7, 11, 3, 7 and 1 overnight
I did food at 8, 12, 5

When milk started to reduce I substituted a daytime feed for a snack and drink of water. The night time feed stopped at 8 months and that left 4 day feeds. Dropped to 3 feeds at 9ish months and 2 by 11 months

Three meals a day is advised from 9 months onwards. He should be having a variety of food including finger food now. Food should be 30 mins to a hour after milk. Milk should still be on demand so as much as he wants and when he wants. This means there should always be some milk left in the bottle. If he drinks it all then you need to make him some more.

The nhs website has some really good weaning advice.
