Baby born in uk need persimmon to stay or visa to stay?

We are on tier 2 general work and dependent visa. 4 months back we blessed with baby in uk and we have received his uk birth certificate,
Indian birth certificate and Indian passport.
We wanted to know

  1. what type of permission to be applied for him to stay in uk
  2. if we have to go outside uk and come back uk do we have to apply for any deferent permission?
