Centile charts differ everywhere?

I’ve been looking online and every calculator has a different %!

Can anyone work it out for me on UK charts please?

Baby born 24/02/2020
Weight - 9.8lbs
Length - 54cm

He was born rather small at 6.3lbs!

Do you have a red book from health visitor? That should have UK centiles
