I don't know if this is the right place but talk teeth to me.
DS is 9 1/2 mo. He has just got his top tooth through. No sign of any bottom teeth at all...is this ok? I thought he should've got the bottom front ones first?

As a dental professional I can assure you this is fine. The tooth eruption is just a guide and you will find they dont always appear in the order they should. Now its erupted a little clean with a flannel while in the bath until its erupted enough for a baby toothbrush will keep it nice and healthy.
