Weaning while combi feeding advice

Hi, I have been combi feeding my boy since he was 12 weeks due to EBF issues (raynauds). He is a week off 7 months. I'm wondering how and when to drop feeds as my baby is greedy and will keep eating or drinking no matter what. Boob is the only exception as he seems to take what he needs there and then starts fannying around. Here is our schedule, I'm interested to see schedules for 7-9 month olds who are combi fed please?

6.30am - 15 min BF
7.30am - porridge / fruit
09.15am - top up BF if he wants it
09.30am - 30 minute nap
11.00am - 7oz F
11.30am - pureed veg and soft fruit
12.15pm - top up BF if he wants it
12.30pm - 2 hour nap (when I'm lucky)
14.30pm - 15 min BF
16.30pm - 30 min nap (sometimes)
17.00pm - 6oz F
17.30pm - pureed veg and soft fruit
19.00pm - bath
19.15pm - 7oz F
19.30pm - bed

To add, I BF in the night when he wants it too and he's 98th centil (10.25kg). He was 8lb 6oz at birth and 2 weeks early so he's always been a whopper but has followed the same centil line since birth.
