Water in summer

Hi..might be a silly question but does my 3 month old need some cooled, boiled water as well as formula on hot days like this? (it's 24 degrees here)

He often are they having milk? Remember formula is mainly water too so if they are taking plenty milk there wont be much need for extra water

He's having 4-5 ounces every 2-3 hours in the day and one feed at night so definitely eating plenty! 😊
