(dum parent alert) what do you do with STICKERS?

I have some sheets of stickers which I use either on their clothes or reward charts as praise for specific behaviour (eg using the toilet).

They also get sheets of stickers in party bags / small gifts etc. What should they do with them (that doesn't involve my furniture / walls / floor...)?

This is probably so obvious.

They are 4 and 2.

Do you have anywhere that can be a sticker zone (the oldest should be able to understand this and stick to it)?
Both mine have fairly unimpressive white Ikea chests of drawers in their rooms and I have told them they can go mad on those.
Other uses include certain toys eg cheap little stacking suitcases, and making "crowns" out of cardboard (my 4 year old is a girl and keen on personal adornment).

We have a tiled bathroom wall where they all go, until they deteriorate and fall off.

I know someone who uses a car window (which I wouldn't recommend on safety grounds).

Mine use theirs to make a picture....

Dd usually decorates birthday cards, Christmaas cards, thank you cards etc with stickers too

bagpuss · 13/09/2007 11:46

Ours stick them onto paper too. Makes for a very peaceful activity when they are all busy with it too!

hifi · 13/09/2007 12:06
