Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Machine

Hi, just need advice from other mums who are using this machine or have used it in the past. This may be a silly question but, where do you fill with water? The hopper or the water tank itself? How do you know how much water to fill? I’m asking since I broke my last one and I definitely followed all of the instructions

I have the first gen one and I take the lid off the left hand side and pour the water directly into there. It's the plastic tub thing that the filter sits in.

Pretty sure that's the hopper?

Lift off the lid put water in there. Do a bit at a time as it takes a while for the water to make its way through the filter and in to the tank

@JiltedJohnsJulie yeah I tried that first but no video shows you where to actually fill the water. Tommee Tippee instructions aren’t the best either, I don’t think unless I’m just stupid lol.

Also use cold water from tap. I used coolish boiled water from kettle and it over heated the machine so couldnt use it for hours. We only use it for bed times x

Thank you! We always use bottled water from the fridge anyway but yeah I think that may be how I broke my last one by putting warmish water in it ! Oooops! X
