Flat warts or something else?

DD is almost 3 and has a splattering of tiny bumps across the backs of both her hands. They're the same colour as her skin, she hasn't complained of them itching or hurting. I cant think of anything unusual she has touched other than on one of our walks the other day she was picking grass/daisies/generally exploring.
I'm freaking out that they are flat warts that could potentially spread across her whole body. I'm aware that GP's won't treat warts.
Please can anyone advise if these sound/look like flat warts or something else?
Thankyou!

I get these from grass and dandelions. Give it an hour or so and they'll go down
