DS2 (nearly 3) is a bundle of energy and I am looking for some activities to do at home with him.
I am WFH a lot so feeling guilty now and want to try some new fun play with him

I'm going to do a rainbow, salt dough hand prints and start learning letters

Any other suggestions?

Cosmic kids yoga is fantastic for that age 😀

My daughter just turned three and she absolutely loves active dice games (think wiggle like a catapillar, blow like the wind, spin like a helicopter). We bought a chunky dice when my older daughter was this age because she loved them so much and that way she could throw the dice herself. Just used the monopoly board one before that fine though. It’s just a few minutes at a time and really makes her laugh if/when my husband and I join in. Hope you enjoy! There’s a spring one, baby animal one and transport one here; livelearntogether.co.uk/dice-games/

Have a look at this:

Also, DH made an assault course in our garden today which was great fun!

If you have outdoor space make big blocks of ice with things hidden in them and he can either smash with a hammer or melt using water. Mine love this. You can add foot colouring to make the ice coloured.
Obstacle course (inside or outside).
Snake bubbles.
Dance/disco to music or YouTube dance along kids videos.

@jelly79 it's on YouTube, a lovely lady does loads of different yoga adventures for children and some dancing ones as well. I'd also recommend Dance n Beats on YouTube as well for lots of action songs where you copy the moves. The kids in my class love it and it tires them out!!!
