Are you sticking to your children’s bedtime?

My friends think I’m a bit mad sticking to my daughters usual bedtime of seven o’clock seeing as we have no work or nursery to get up for. Truth is by seven I’ve had enough and need the evening to myself 😂 our day does start early but I don’t really mind that as I live for the evenings at the minute! She’s nearly 22 moths and is hard work! Just wondering what everyone else is doing?

Still sticking to it here, some days I cant wait til they're in bed so that I can have a bit of peace Blush
Baby goes to bed at 6pm (he just cant stay up later) and 6yo in to bed at 7.30.
We used to be up at 6 every morning when I had to travel to work, now both are sleeping until 7am.

Definitely sticking to routine. 7pm bed. Although tonight it was 6:45pm totally knackered working from home with kids and we all need a decent rest.

I've promised them a late night tomorrow though, films and popcorn

Not at all.
5 year old and 4 year old here.
Last night was 11:30 and the night before was around midnight.
I'm just letting them fall asleep to be honest.
They have lovely lie ins till 10:30am

Jealous ofwarren that would work with my older two but the young ones would still be up and rating to go by 7 regardless of when they went to bed.

yes. Mine are 10 and 14. 10 yo is usually asleep by 10. 14 yo is in bedroom from about 9.30 and sleeps at...god knows what time! During the week, school or not all devices downstairs before bed.

We are trying to keep to a routine, esp as I work in teenagers bedroom during the week now from 9.30am and so need teen out of bed before taking work calls etc

Fuck yes!! I NEED me time. I have 4 and dont get a minute to do anything with all this going on. Im working through some online courses so only getting to sit down to it when they all hit the sack. Am not managing to get up as early as id like in the mornings as the twins are waking through the night a fair bit and its me ends up seeing to them.
