Too much fruit?

DP made a comment yesterday and it made me think, i do always like to be right but im sure i am right about this? Lol.
DD 11 months is loving food at the minute (she goes through times when she doesn't teething, ill etc) so i was telling DP everything she had eaten yesterday, which happened to include fruit with breakfast and lunch and as she ate all her dinner i offered more fruit afterwards. We had raspberries/blackberries in the fridge that were nearly going squishy so i thought especially with everything going on its best to use them up and not waste them so that's mainly why she had so much although she usually has fruit with breakfast and lunch. DP said it was too much fruit and i shouldn't keep giving her it, she has a balanced diet of course other than the fruit.
DS1 is an extremely picky eater so i suppose im trying extra hard to ensure she doesn't turn out the same. But surely a small portion of fruit with each meal isnt too much?!

Mine have fruit with almost every meal as a pudding and always have. Fruit is healthy and full of nutrients and as long as they aren’t having fruit and sugary yogurt and a piece of cake, it’s absolutely fine.

I give fruit with breakfast and lunch and sometimes dinner. My DS is the same age and never had any issues

Mine has fruit as every meal as a pudding 🤷‍♀️ She loves it. Sometimes it’s all she will eat (she’s 11 months). Not ideal when that happens but I’m not worried.

The recommendation is 1 cup fruit and 3-4 cups vegetables. Maybe replace some fruit with veggies?
